Cask’s Sliders
grilled kobe beef served with pickles, chopped lettuce, cheddar cheese and our signature sauce.

Chicken Piccata
served with mashed potato, seasonal vegetables and lemon caper white wine sauce.

Tacos of the Day 
two corn tortilla with melted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, avocado, pickled onions and chipotle sauce. 

Linguine Pomodoro 
pasta tossed with fresh tomato, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and marinara sauce. 

Beef Lasagna 
with mushroom, spinach, mozzarella and ricotta cheese in a marinara sauce. 

Pan Seared Salmon 
on a bed of Yukon gold potatoes, capers, red onions and sauteed spinach served with lemon caper aioli.
